2011: The Beginning

Founded In South West Sydney

Koala Infosys opened its doors to fix a simple problem: small businesses were being passed between vendors instead of being looked after by one accountable team.

2014: Growing The Team

Managed IT Becomes Our Core

As word spread across Sydney's business community, we formalised our helpdesk and proactive monitoring practice, moving clients from reactive fixes to planned maintenance.

2018: Security-First

Cybersecurity & Essential Eight

We built a dedicated cybersecurity practice aligned to the Australian Cyber Security Centre's Essential Eight, helping clients meet rising compliance and insurance expectations.

2021: Cloud & Digital

Web, Cloud & Digital Growth

We expanded into Microsoft 365 migrations, cloud backup and web/digital delivery, so clients could get infrastructure, security and customer-facing systems from one partner.
